NOTICE: THIS TICKETING PROCEDURE PROCESSES TICKET SELECTION, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY VIA 100% ELECTRONIC MEANS. MAC OS X USERS MUST USE THE FIREFOX (or any other OS X-compatible) BROWSER TO COMPLETE THIS PROCEDURE, AS APPLE'S SAFARI BROWSER IS KNOWN TO HAVE STANDARDS, COMPATIBILITY AND SECURITY ISSUES. You are about to enter our secure ticketing site. When you order Light Opera Works tickets online, you choose your exact seats and pay with your credit card, then your order is fulfilled automatically and electronically.

 

Your tickets will be e-mailed to you as PDF attachments, which you will save to your computer and print on your printer. You will bring these printouts to the theater, where they will be honored as your tickets – complete with seat numbers, just as any other tickets.

 

Full instructions will be included in the e-mail that accompanies your electronically delivered tickets.

 

NOTE: When you order online, there is no option to have tickets held at the box-office or mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.

 

If you do not have the ability to print documents from your computer, or prefer to have tickets held at the box-office or sent through the mail, please call (847) 869-6300 and order with a live ticket representative.

Please be prepared to supply the same name, billing address, ZIP code and card verification number that matches the credit card you use to order tickets during the following transaction, otherwise your transaction wil be declined and rejected.
